Lorex LNB3143R Camera Lens Face Shim/Spacer

I changed out the lens on my LNB3143R camera from Lorex/Dahua to a zoom lens, and it was too long for the face/cover to close (by a long shot!). I needed some kind of spacer, and longer screws!

So, I scanned the camera area on a flatbed scanner and modeled up the DXF in Fusion 360.

I then cut it out on one of my laser cutters.

I also cut a gasket from neoprene rubber to complete the weather tight seal, along with adding additional desiccant to keep it dry inside.
