dymo functional fusion 360 stand

A stand for the [DYMO LabelManager 280](https://www.amazon.com.au/LabelManager-Rechargeable-Hand-Held-Label-1815990/dp/B009NVTE5E).

When I have some more time I'd like to add the logo or something to allow a nice multi-material print, but it works for now so it'll do.
