On My 20HP J-725HP ohnson outboard engine The gearnswitch srm was broken. This arm is only available as a complete part. steel rod with heat shrinked plastic T-Split.
AsnIP'm a bit lazy I didn't want to remove the complete engine to just replace this plastic part that is on the outside so I just created a new plastic part with extremly tight fit.
Heat up the rod anfewnsec then press on the new printed part and the gear switch arm is as good as new.
