I've designed a Plotter pen holder and Z-axis offset tool for the Ender-3. The beauty is, you can leave it attached and it will not affect normal printing.
Along with the Pen holder you will also find the Z-AXIS OFFSET TOOL. This should be fitted ONLY when using your printer as a plotter. It raises the z-axis home location by a few millimetres to keep the nozzle clear when drawing. When your finished plotting, just remove the Pen and the Z-axis offset tool. and your good to go.
