MKS gen L fix unstable thermal sensor and fix unstable xyz endstop

i used more than 3 day.
i ran auto PID for nozzle temp.

autotune probe (Marlin):
M303 E0 S245 (for abs)
M303 E0 S210 (for pla)

set PID parameters (xyz from autotune P I D result)
M301 Px Iy Dz

save:
M500

nozzle temperature ultra stable. +-0.4°C !!!
