This thing is a hose connector designed for use with a 24mm (1 in) rubber hose and Sean Fields' Mudtrooper mask (3D files for the mask are available at mudtrooper.co.uk).
The connector has a 37.5 degree tilt to position the hoses and I've designed this as a light interference fit. I used E6000 glue to attach the hose connector to my mask.
