Ankle Band Adapter for Vive Tracker

Remixed from [TsubokuLab's](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2213567/files) tracker adapter v3, which is a perfect fit for the Vive trackers.
I made the adapter longer and a bit lower profile so it would have less wobble when running from trolls in Skyrim.
Requires a velcro/elastic strap or something similar to attach to your ankle.
