Printrbot Simple Metal Fan Intake

The Printrbot Simple Metal's fan shroud's was causing so much back pressure air was actually blowing back out on the edges. This piece makes the diameter 5mm smaller to try to improve things. (I think it should work on the new wooden Simple as well).

Finger and paper strip tests appear to confirm it works (somewhat)...
