OpenRC F1 Updated Spur&Pinion

I created the Pulley system for the OpenRC F1 car so I might as well change the standard gearing if people want that too. I made the spur a little beefier by changing the thickness of the hub sticking up. I added a setscrew area for the pinion because it would fall off for me. Print with 100% infill and a minimum of 3 top, bottom, and wall layers.
