Plastic Carriage Plate

My carriage plate cracked and I made this replacement out of plastic. I works well as long as the fan on the heat sink is running. Fan dies plastic melts. I used 3mm inserts, below. I use a lathe to cut all of my clone heat sinks to the identical diameter of .623" or 15.82 mm which is what Robo used. This plate should be fine for most heat sinks, I just like easy swapping.
