Ender 3 Filament Guide with Idler Pulley and Snap Ring

This is a remix of FlintWeiss' Ender 3 excellent filament guide design. In order to avoid the formation of the groove due to abrasion, I added a shaft, idler pulley, and snap ring to keep the pulley in place. In addition to the addition of the pulley, I added a recess on the base in order to fit over the shoulder of the Z screw collar.
