Monoprice Select Mini threaded extruder plate with taper

Broken Bowden tube connection collar on the extruder top plate forced me to replace it. I downloaded the great design "Monoprice Select Mini extruder cap to replace new OEM design by cmh" but wanted to use the proper threaded Bowden tube connector that is available. I added material to the connection point so that it touches the printer bed and threaded it to take the connector.
