Taurus Y Axis Remixed Front/Rear Idlers

jltx's design is great, no one can deny it. However, his pulleys started splitting apart on me, and rubbing on the alignment ridge built into the mounts. There was enough friction that I was getting small piles of plastic dust under my idler mounts, and I was concerned about the long-term implications for my belt.

To resolve this issue, I have remixed the pulley as a one piece print which uses 2x623ZZ bearings rather than 1x608. I then modified the idler mounts slightly, removing the ridge th
