End cap for Main Water Shutoff Valve

In Norway there is usually an outdoor Main Water Shutoff Valve (utendørs stoppekran) at every property. Since we regularly have below freezing temperature during winter, this valve is positioned underground. My valve is positioned vertically inside a 110 mm PVC pipe. To stop leaves and other stuff from falling into this pipe, I designed this simple end cap.
