MicroSD shim for SD card holder adapter for CR-10, CR-10S

It's a MicroSD extender cable, so the card receiver is smaller than the one RioT_3D designed his adapter holder for (he designed his for an SD card, not a MicroSD card). So, I designed this little shim that fits in the end of the original adap
