Adjustable PCB Holder / Einstellbarer Platinenhalter

This is PCB Holder designed to hold PCBs with a width of up to 82 mm. It is adjustable down to 49 mm.

It is made out of 4 parts, 2 actual holders which are 3d printed and hold the PCB, 1 guide on which the holders slide and 1 guide in which the nut slides. The guides can be 3D printed or lasercut, the required material thickness depends on the used nut and material strength. I recommend to glue the guides together.

The holder requires a M5 nut and a countersunk bolt (length depends on used materials for guides) as separate parts. The holder can be tightened with a round allen key from the sides. A M4 threaded insert can be molded in the top of the holder.
