Hirth Joint (Angle Adjustment Discs)

**Adjust an angle of two parts using a predefined amount of steps**
* Angle can be fixed using screws
* Using a bolt with a spring would allow the discs to be rotated but would snap them to certain angles (like a wheel of fortune")
* Customizable to make it fit for a lot of purposes
