Wiring Guides for Model Railroad

The stand off holds the wires a given distance apart, and away from the baseboard. This should make it easier to attach wires to the bus wires. Use OpenScad to specify the:
* Overall height and width of the bracket
* Depth of the mounting flange
* Distance of the two rows of slots from the top of the bracket (how far they are from the
baseboard).
* Width of the slots the wires fit into
* Diameter of the hole in which the wires rest
* How far apart the wires are
