Parametric Gauntlet Wrap

This is an experiment in making a parametric "wrap" gauntlet for the Cyborg Beast, based on Adreas Bastian's https://plus.google.com/101556970765701026066/posts/52eVxAsYpZG . Specifically, he's printing the gauntlet flat using PLA, then warming it to shape it to a patient's arms.
