Fixed economical drawers shelf

The original shelf was not sized correctly, i rescaled it, and fixed a couple of thin walls, and not matching geometry, but kept the crazy overhangs.

Warning: this thing has very steep overhangs, they will be very hard to print without supports, and also has to do a lot of retractions, so you are in for a challenge,

i used Cura slicer without supports, used adaptive layers (mostly 0.12mm with very few larger at the top and bottom.) with outer wall speeds of 30 mm/s and for angles beyond 4
