Ten Tec R4040 internal battery shims.

The Ten Tec R4040, otherwise known as the YouKits HB-1B is a small low power ham radio transceiver. Ten Tec sells an internal battery for the radio that is just a tad to big to fit in the case! My solution was to model these shims for the edges of the case to deepen it just enough for the battery to fit without pressing against the circuit board.
Those of you with this radio will recognize what I'm talking about. Those of you without this radio, scratch your head, forget it, and move on. :
