Simple Curtain Retension for Darker Room

I have a requirement for a darker room to reduce reflection on my TV Panel. So this thing is a simple solution to that IKEA Curtain hanging not flat to the wall. it a simple clip on to the left and right arm with a rotatable retention arm.
