Adjustable Z-endstop holder (for Prusa i3 Berlin Feb 2014)

Adjustable Z-endstop holder for Prusa i3 Berlin from February 2014 (newer models are different). I drilled out the holes for the endstop screws with a 2.5mm drill bit.
