GM Coin Holder Bottom and Adapter for Honda Storage Bin

This is a replacement bottom panel for the change holder found in the armrests of Buick Roadmasters and probably all other final-generation GM B-bodies (except Caprice 9C1 cop cars, Impala SS, and I guess any other models that didn't have bench seats?).
