FT-6 Single Extruder Y Carriage w/ SN04

I designed this part to replace the ACM mount for the extruder on the Y carriage so that a SN-04 sensor can be mounted with a stock stepper motor, BMG extruder and V6 hotend. Other setups may work as well, but not tested.
