spool bracket remix

i made it because i couldn't figure out where to attach the bowden tube on the original one i made a couple designs on them because why not i had it open in tinkercad. i made it fit a 1/4' tube because that was the smallest one i could find for the project(the hole in the file is a lil bigger than the one in the picture).
