UP mini filament guide + cleaner

I wanted to re-design the supplied UP! mini filament guide to solve 3 things:
* easy replacement filament
* filament cleaning
* keep the guide tube a bit closer to the roll of filament
You see my STL file is already V3, no worries, I tried a few models before I was pleased with the result. I use a piece of cloth and a mini clamp as a cleaner. Using this you can choose your own force applied onto the cloth & fillament.
