Magnetic joints for delta.

To put to use some IGUS rails I have got I needed a new carriage design as screw pattern is different that other guides used for deltas. Plus, I wanted to have a magnetic joint system for effector rods. You have the full set of parts now. Provision was made to include an inductive proximity detector for z-probbing (autocalibration and self-leveling are two good uses for it).
