Ender 3 fan mount compatible with direct drive extruder and micro swiss hotend or stock hotend

- The ducts section is now modular, so if the part close to the nozzle get melted or broken you dont need to print the all thing again. I might add more ducts to attach later.
- Better air flow

- Added a specific version for stock and MicroSwiss Hotend
- Better screws holes
- Option with no endoscope arm for both versions

I combined this two great projects to make one that fit my needs,
