Blower fan Mount for 3DR Effector

This is a quick-and-dirty (but highly effective) mount to attach a blower fan onto a 3DR effector platform to improve filament cooling. It was designed for [this effector platform](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:361480), but should work just fine with the stock 3DR effector platform with some washers for padding.
