CR-10/CR-10S/Pro Tall Webcam mount - C615 / Tripod

After trying out the mounts from Dooder_Snickel and Skint007, I wanted a mount that would put the camera higher and closer to the middle of the print bed. I wasn't happy with the results I was getting in other tools, so I rebuilt the design in OpenSCAD. I printed out the C615 version, since I had already disassembled the stock mounts for the C615. The tripod version is untested, but should work alright.
