I contacted Pitsco and while they make STEP files available for every part they offer, there is no central repository of files to make it easier to build robots in CAD.

Problem solved. These two .ZIP files hold all of the available CAD files in their original STEP format, and converted into SolidWorks parts. These were downloaded on 8/20/2019. Anything changed or added to their catalog after that is not included.
