Remixed Teaching Tech Ender 3 Rear Case

Remixed Micheal's excellent rear case. Anybody can mod a great idea, well done Michael.....

I made the following changes:

1. Re-oriented Pi so rear access to HDMI and power easily available. Pi has wireless mouse keyboard so I have full access to its capabilities.

2. Re-oriented SKV 1.3 so the USB access is via the gap handily cut in the frame for me by Creality. Now USB is accessed from the front (or not at all because I flash the SKV via OctoPrint). No unsightly USB cable draggi
