A longsword designed to be a sturdy prop for one of my cosplays. Etched into the blade is the name of the sword.

In order to secure it fully you will need a 6mm x 800mm steel rod for the core and a 1.5mm x 700mm carbon fiber or metal rod for the blade alignment. If your tolerances aren't the greatest these may not fit.

Slap it together with your choice of glue (I use 2-part 5 minute epoxy) and post process to your liking.
