OctoPi Case Pi 3 or Pi 4

I decided to update my OctoPi setup to a new Raspberry Pi 4. The new Pi 4 is not compatible with my previous case, so I needed a new one. (This case will accommodate either a Pi 3 or Pi 4)

There were a few items I wanted to accomplish with this design.

- The case is (mostly) tool / screw free. The case snaps together and holes the Pi in place without any screws. The only screws needed are a couple of M3 bolts and T nuts for mounting to any v-slot or t-slot on your printer.
