Micro swiss fan - stock parts

Was looking for a fan when i had installed the Micro Swiss hot end on my ender 3 , I had printed the Bullseye but it was giving me issues with my ABL.

So i needed something on my stock parts, i printed :

but would rest on the silicone sock and i came accross this design and i have never used Tinkercad but just thought i would try and modify it for the micro swiss.
