I had a Yi Cam at home stopped doing nothing, so I decided to modify it by removing the lens and putting this adapter to mount it on a telescope.
For the manual control over the configuration of the Xiaomi Yi Cam I found this link with which you can change it from a mobile, and then preview and take photos with the original YiCam application:
