This a wheel and tyre set for a 1:10 scale rally car which is 13 inch rims and deep tread cross-ply tyres

Print the tyres in TPU at 1mm wall, 0.4 layer height, 20mm/s and no retraction. this leads to no under extrusion as you can see in the photos.
