Barb type hose adapter for the Lee Loadmaster Primer Catcher

Thanks to ratatattat for the remix idea.
This barb-type adapter allowed a 1/2" (OD) wire wrap for the hose (Harbor Freight 66986). A 10mm ID (3/8") flexible silicone tube also worked well.
So far, I have several hundred rounds de-primed with this and no failures.

- added v2 angled and straight adapters with a funnel shaped throat
