I am using a 3d printed hot end and I wanted a Ender 3 styled cooling fan grill, but couldn't find one online. So I made a 40 mm fan grill. Then I made a 60 mm fan grill for my power supply fan (as the 40 mm grill isn't scalable to 60 mm). This is not for the stock Ender 3 metal Hot end fan setup.

I designed this fan grill to be printed flat on the bed, as the back side is completely flat. No supports! I noticed that some of the fan grills that I tried, have a gap where the fan blades spin,
