Extruder Flex Adapter - Remix of a Remix

A remix of Raines remix of MetisAdrastea flex adapter for my printer. I had to modify the one from Raines as the hole for the filament was not aligned with the hole in my extruder

Added in a size just barely big enough for the filament to fit through that extended into the hole for the filament so the bowden lock connector makes contact with the filament guide, just like the heatbreak and nozzle.

I included the variation that still allows the PTFE tube is that is your preference.
