Creality CR-10S Filament Runout Sensor

This is a remix by RickB were I removed his hinge system and made a larger entrance.
I have in total made 3 types.
- One with a hole for the hose fitting so you can feed the filament from a tube to the sensor.
- One with an extra guide that prevents the filament from touching the z-axis rod.
- The last version is without this extra guide.
