Excalibur Cryptex Puzzle (Slanted Top piece)

I wanted to recreate a stone-like texture with Cura fuzzy skin setting (settings below), since this is only intended for walls (skin) and not for the top layers, i slanted the top of the model, i didn't want to raise it much because it didn't look that good, so that made it more challenging, if i used 0.2mm layer height it would look sloped (pictures of testing are attached), but i didn't want to use 0.08mm layer height for the entire
