I based this model off the dimensions and images of the Chiron's Hotbed mosfet, provided by Anycubic.
It's not fully detailed but the overall dimensions are correct and should be good for use in designing other parts, such as cases.
I made it since I'm designing my own case. I've upgraded my Chiron to use the SKR v1.3 controller board and I'm still using the original hotbed mosfet.
Hopefully this eventually helps someone else in their efforts/designs!
