Duel 6 Gamepad

This gamepad is designed specifically for playing Duel 6 Reloaded (http://www.ondrej-danek.net/cs/projekty/duel-6-reloaded). Regular gamepads were not able to provide enough durability and reliability during our intensive game sessions. I took the opportunity to also improve button layout to better fit into some aspects of the game.
