Note: You may want to scale this up 1% as the fit is a bit tight

This is a PTFE Bowden tube clamp for 4mm PTFE tubing. It was designed with a 0.4mm nozzle in mind, but due to small size, I recommend printing with a 0.2mm nozzle. The bottom is tapered to provide a pressure fit depending on how tight the screws are. The clamps are secured with M3x5 screws. Drill pilot holes, and do not overtighten or you could compress the PTFE tubing.
