A powder funnel for the Mark 7 Evolution reloading machine that allows you to add powder while the machine is running or still. Two caps included, one to seal off the opening, and the other with a small hole to allow dumping powder from cartridges without allowing bullets or cartridges to fall into the powder cylinder.
