Valve Index Adapter for Vive Prescription Insert

An adapter to fit the HTC Vive prescription lens insert (VR Optician, etc) onto the Valve Index (UNTESTED).

For people that bought the prescription lens for their Vive and later updated to an index. Hopefully will save you having to re-buy the prescription lens inserts.
I can't test it out unfortunately as the Index still isn't available in my country.

If anyone tries it out, kindly let me know of any fitment issues.
