STLink-V3Set Extended case base

The STLink-V3Set debugger includes a breakout board providing extra features, and a blue plastic shim piece to hold it in place on the back of the debugger PCB. Unfortunately due to the way the product has been designed, the original base plate cannot be usefully fixed over the top of the new assembly to protect it. My thing provides this extra base.
