Advanced Heroquest dungeon stairs

Adjusted the tile design to make a 1x2 square set of stairs. This size is for a custom made 28mm squared tile floor (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3830619). Designed to rest on the top of passage flooring to indicate the presence of stairs down. In this case for an adaptation of Advanced Heroquest.
